1. Parties This distance selling agreement ("Agreement") is made between the seller (Milat Export) and the buyer (Customer) as specified below.

• The Customer places an order through Milat Export's website or customer service.
• When an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent by Milat Export, and the agreement commences.

3. Product and Price

• Descriptions and prices of products are available on Milat Export's website.
• Prices and stock availability may change, but price adjustments are not applied after order confirmation.

4. Payment

• Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Return

• The Customer has the right to cancel the product within 14 days after receiving it.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused.
